Buti Yoga Instructor
Amy Baumgardner
Amy Baumgardner is a certified Buti Yoga instructor, speaker, author, and mental health advocate who has been teaching for over seven years.
She believes movement is medicine and shows up to every class with the intention to help others move intuitively, release what’s stuck, and reconnect with their strength: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. With lived experience and a deep understanding of mental health, Amy creates a space where people feel safe, supported, and seen. She can’t wait to meet you on the mat.

Buti Yoga Instructor
Kaylee Noll
Movement has always been Kaylee Noll’s first language. She graduated from Point Park University in 2011 with a B.A. degree in Dance. After having an extensive dance background and experiencing an injury in NYC, Kaylee’s dance world came to a halt. She felt lost in the shuffle of life and lacked confidence.

Fast forward, Kaylee became a mother of two beautiful, wild boys. As a stay-at-home mama, it was then that she realized how important her mental health is to her. She began practicing yoga more, finding peace within herself and others. When Kaylee tried Buti Yoga for the first time, she literally cried with joy and relief. Being able to fuse her love of dance and yoga together became her ultimate passion. Kaylee has been a certified Buti Yoga instructor for the last five years and is a recently certified Primal Flow Instructor.
Kaylee’s mission is to empower women to reclaim their raw strength and confidence through primal movement. To let go of perfectionism, have fun, feel relief, and rediscover their authentic selves.

Sacred Shake Instructor
Kate Pearson
Kate became a personal trainer in 2020, but soon after began dealing with hormonal issues that led her to discover new ways of moving her body in alignment with her hormones.

She first created what was called Shake & Flow as a way to shake off stagnant energy and blood at the end of her period to prepare her body for the follicular phase. She facilitated these sessions in parks around Pittsburgh in 2024 and then partnered with The Beauty Boost throughout 2025.

It has since evolved into the Sacred Shake Method ™, a practice she turns to anytime she needs to move through heavy emotions or get out of her head and into her body. It activates her unlike anything else, and she is incredibly excited to facilitate these regularly for the Pink & Powerful community!

Freedom Flow Instructor
Lily Wehner
Lily is the creator of Freedom Flow: a collection of classes at the Pink & Powerful studio designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner sense of freedom through intentional movement.

A lifelong athlete and lover of nature, Lily is deeply passionate about empowering the mind, body, and soul through movement rooted in love, peace, and presence. She began teaching at Pure Barre Murrysville in early 2025, where she discovered her gift for guiding others not just physically, but energetically and emotionally.
Through her personal journey, Lily has developed her own unique teaching approach centered around fulfillment, healing, strength, and freedom. Her Freedom Flow classes blend elements of Pilates, strength training, and yoga-inspired movement, creating experiences that support both physical goals and deeper inner connection.

Her classes are designed to help you build strength, release stress, and move with intention — leaving you feeling empowered, grounded, and fully in your flow.

Yoga Instructor
Mia Daymut
Mia completed her yoga teacher certification in Bali, Indonesia in April 2025. She is a two year yoga practitioner but a lifetime meditator. Ever since she found yoga, she dove straight in, had a small practice every day, and eventually went all the way around the world to learn more about yoga.
She immediately knew it was something she would be passionate about forever. Mia doesn’t see yoga as exercise at all. For her it is a way of life, an essential daily habit, and a path towards spiritual enlightenment. She chose to be a teacher because she wants to spread her knowledge of yoga to others in her community, help others to move and take care of their bodies, and show them how to experience awareness. She is also a culinary student focusing on nutritional and nourishing meals, with the goal of being a full time yoga retreat chef.
