I used my own wellness routine to fuel my success working in NYC Finance and starting my business.


And now I'm helping other ambitious women build sustainable, holistic wellness routines, master their mindset, and confidently pursue their biggest dreams.

This is a 12-week, fully personalized mind–body–soul coaching experience designed to help you become the most confident, aligned version of yourself, all from home.

DARE is for women who are ready to step into their power, trust themselves, and create real change in their lives.

Through my signature DARE framework, you’ll get clear on who you are and what you want, build habits using a science-backed approach, use journaling and mindfulness to reflect and refine your growth, and strengthen your mindset and confidence so nothing stands between you and your big dreams.

DARE gives you the clarity, confidence, and habits to become who you’re meant to be.

How it Works

🦋 The DARE Framework

Your 12-week, 1:1 roadmap for mind–body–soul transformation.

​

You’ll move through each phase of the DARE framework over 12 weeks, spending about 3 weeks in each phase.


We set your core habits at the start of the Act phase and carry them with you through the rest of the journey, refining and strengthening them as you grow.

​

You’ll receive:

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching calls with Meg

  • A fully personalized growth plan

  • Curated journaling prompts, guided meditations, and visualization exercises

  • Habit-building and routine design

  • Mindset and confidence coaching

  • Text support between sessions for accountability and clarity

🌟 Phase 1: Discovery (Weeks 1-3)

  • Reconnect with yourself, deepen your self-awareness, and uncover what you truly want in life.

  • We’ll explore your values, patterns, strengths, dreams, and blocks so you understand what’s been holding you back and what you’re ready to grow into. This phase builds the foundation for everything that follows.

💖 Phase 2: Aligned Action (Weeks 4-6)

  • Turn clarity into momentum through small, realistic habits that fit into your busy life. 

  • We’ll design your personalized habit system using a science-backed approach. These habits begin here and stay with you through the rest of the program, evolving as you do.

🌸 Phase 3: Reflection  (Weeks 7-9)

  • Slow down, integrate, and deepen your growth through mindfulness, gratitude, and future-self work.

  • This phase helps you understand what’s working, what’s shifting inside you, and how to stay consistent without burnout.

🦋 Phase 4: Evolve (Weeks 10-12)

  • This phase is all about mindset, confidence, and identity.

  • You’ll release self-doubt, rewrite limiting beliefs, and strengthen self-trust so you can show up boldly in your life.

  • This is where everything clicks. You stop trying to become her… and start living as her.
