Hi! I'm Coach Meg

My first two years after college were the most challenging of my life. I felt lost, anxious, and disconnected from my body. When I was diagnosed with PCOS, I realized how little guidance women are given about our hormones and health - and how much power we have to heal through simple, sustainable habits.

That diagnosis sparked a transformation. I fell in love with strength training, gentle movement, and nutrition that actually supported my hormones instead of fighting against them. Over time, those small daily choices helped me feel stronger, calmer, and more confident than ever before.

​

That journey inspired me to launch Pink & Powerful, and eventually to leave corporate life to build my dream business full-time. Today, I’m the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been, because I’ve learned that healing and transformation don’t come from extremes, but from alignment.
